  1. This Mobile App is developed and owned by Clustrhub Computing India Private Limited having its registered office at Flat No.7, Sayali Apartments, Vikas Nagar, Dehu Road, Pune ( for short ‘COMPANY’).
  2. All intellectual property rights such as Trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents etc. in this Mobile App including any logos, designs, concept, program, codes etc. is owned by COMPANY. Ownership in these Intellectual Property rights is not transferred to User of this Mobile App.
  3. User(s) shall not directly or indirectly through on his/her/its own replicate, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, transfer, exchange or translate this Mobile App or make attempt to those acts; or create derivative works of the Mobile App in any way.
  4. User shall use this Mobile App only for his/her/its personal use.
  5. Following are essential requirement of mobile phone for running on Android operating system to use and access Mobile App:
    1. Valid Google Account to access Google Play Store and to receive regular app updates and fixes.
    2. An Android mobile phone working on Android version 5 or above.
    3. An Internet connection.
  6. While using or accessing this Mobile App, User may require to insert and disclose his/her/itsPersonal Information and Non Personal Information. Terms and conditions governing such disclosure, insertion and use of Personal Information and Non Personal Information are mentioned in Privacy Statement of Mobile App which availab at the website of clustrhub.comUser should carefully read this Privacy Policy. Installing and/or accessing this Mobile App shall deem that User has read, accepted and agreed to such Privacy Policy.
  7. As per mobile network plan of User, User may be charged by the network Provider for calling, messaging and access to internet connection services. COMPANYis not and shall not liable and/or responsible for any such direct or indirect charges, costs, expenses etc. that may be charged to Users by mobile network providers.
  8. COMPANY will take necessary care to make the Mobile App working all times; however, User hereby accepts that Mobile App requires internet and/or mobile network connection to get full access of Mobile App and quality and access of Mobile App shall get affected by the factors outside the reasonable control of COMPANYincluding without limitation internet and mobile network of User.
  9. Mobile App may contain links to other mobile applications/websites of interest or require having full access of this Mobile App. However, once you have accessed these links to leave this Mobile App, you should note that COMPANY does not have any control over that those websites/mobile applications. Therefore, COMPANY cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such mobile applications/websitesand such websites are not governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  10. Users may find advertising or other contents on Mobile App that link to the other websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. COMPANYdoes not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from Mobile App. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. Browsing and interaction on any other websites, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
  11. The Mobile App is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
  12. COMPANY (including its directors, employees, consultants of COMPANY’ or its group companies) do not accept any liability or responsibility of whatsoever nature for unavailability or not working of Mobile App.

  15. User has right to uninstall this Mobile App at any time.
  16. COMPANY in its sole discretion may choose to stop this Mobile App without notice.

COMPANYwill publish the changes in the company website under relevant app section of clustrhub.com The changes or alterations will be effective when published. You agree and accept after the date of publication of changed or altered Terms and Conditions your use or access or keeping Mobile App installed shall constitute your agreement to the changed or altered Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with changed or altered Terms and Conditions, you may uninstall this Mobile App.

    5. you shall not use this Mobile APP not to upload materials, information or files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's Mobile or computer or property of another;
    6. your shall not use this Mobile APP breach any applicable laws/rules/ regulations
    7. your shall not use this Mobile APP in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any the mobile network(s) or internet
    8. your shall not use this Mobile APP not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any mobile or website or email accounts or computer systems or networks through this Mobile APP;
  19. COMPANYin its sole discretion reserves right to deny or stop your access to Mobile App in the event you are using or accessing this Mobile App against the terms and mentioned herein.
